Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. To enter, you must subscribe to the Little Lottie Sue's mailing list.
4. You may only enter once and you can only win once.
5. The opening date for entries is 10:00 on 07/09/2022. The closing date is 23:59 on 31/03/2024 Entries received after this time will not be considered valid.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failed or lost entries.
7. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 01/04/2024.
8. The winner will receive a one hundred pound (£100) Little Lottie Sue's voucher (“Prize”). The Prize draw is for the chance for one (1) individual to win the Prize. The Prize is subject to availability.
9. The winner will be notified by direct message via the email they signed up with on 01/04/2024. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process at clause 7.
10. The Prize of a £100 voucher will be transferred to the winner via email within 30 days of being notified of their win.
11. If the Promoter believes that an entry contravenes these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves all rights to reject the entry at its discretion.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limited, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment which is suffered or sustained (whether or not it arises as a result of any person’s negligence) in connection with this prize draw or accepting the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails littelottiesuesuk@gmail.com within one (1) month after the closing date stated in clause 6. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: littlelottiesuesuk@gmail.com. 
15. Personal data supplied during this promotion will not be shared with any 3rd party.
16. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and should any discrepancy arise between these Terms and Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. The Promoter of this prize draw is Little Lottie Sue's.
