All orders are custom made so we require up to 10 working days turnaround from order to dispatch. Please take into account this timeframe (plus allow time for delivery) when placing an order.

Please use the comment box to tell us the name you'd like to personalise with. All custom orders will be discussed further over direct messages and we always send over a mock up for sign off before your jacket is sewn up and sent out.
// Sizing //
We have created our own sizing chart where we work to a minimum spec for each age group. This means if you buy our jackets true to the child's normal high-street size we would expect it to be a slightly oversized fit for them, giving them room to grow and meaning their jacket should last them longer. If you'd like specific dimensions do get in touch.

Please note for the multicoloured letter patches each letter only comes with one colour option so we are unable to make colour swaps. Please take a look at the listing photo before placing your order to see the colour your name will come out as. If you are not keen on the colours then we would suggest considering the white or gold letters as an alternative.
Unfortunately we cannot accept Exchanges or refunds for personalised items so please make sure you are happy with your order before placing it.
